Ramsey Pryor is an international marketing executive with over 18 years of global product management and marketing experience. While at IBM, Pryor introduced IBM’s first web-based email offering into market and led IBM’s market-facing activities to build market awareness for IBM Connections social business platform, ranked first in market share by IDC for the past 5 years. A thought leader in cloud-delivered software, he is a regular speaker at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
Pryor was Vice President, Product Marketing at Outblaze, Ltd. when it was acquired by IBM in 2009. In his product management roles, Pryor has learned to integrate a passion for effective, cross-cultural communication with a desire to build innovative Internet-focused products. Before IBM and Outblaze, Pryor was Director, Product Management at Register.com in New York City. Pryor earned a BA from Northwestern University, with concentrations in economics and Spanish, and an MBA from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra in Barcelona, Spain.
